• Should Both Bobby Cutts Jr And Christopher Vaughn Be Given The Death Sentence?
1)Thousands of volunteers had searched for Davis over several days, while investigators continued to question Bobby Cutts Jr., 30, who is the father of Davis’ son but is married to another woman.
Investigators were mum on many details of their work until they announced Cutts was taken into custody Saturday and was to be arraigned on charges of murder in the deaths of Davis and her unborn child.

2) Vaughn, who works as a computer forensic adviser, had been shot in the thigh. His wife, Kimberly, 34, was shot once, while each their children — Abigayle, 12; Cassandra, 11; and Blake, 8 — were shot twice. His handgun was found at the scene, authorities said.
Prosecutor James Glasgow, who declined to discuss possible motives, said Vaughn with charged with two murder counts per victim. One set of counts alleges he shot with intent to kill and the other alleges he shot knowing that it was likely to cause death .
Ohio does have a death penalty(lethal injection), but has only executed very few inmates over the past ten years. But for a case like this I believe that the death penalty should be made a mandatory sentence with NO RIGHT for an appeal!!!
very difficult. who really has that authority other than GOD? Angrer makes us want to say yes on both accounts especially in the case of the innocent little children. But at the end of the day, it takes just as much malice and sin to kill a killer as to slaughter the innocent.
God bless them all. Especially those lost souls. Amen.
Prison for a VERY LONG TIME seems especially appropriate. porduction kinda had the right idea (LOL)
No. I think they should be tried first, and found innocent or guilty before sentencing them.
Two murdering slobs; one Black, one white.
They will be judged.
They should live the rest of their days in a jail cell. Death penalty is an easy answer. By keeping him alive, at least we know they’re being punished for their crimes.
I think that if both are proven guilty they both should be put in prison for life in there cell on one side with full size pictures of the loved ones alive in a happy state and one the other side full size pictures of the bodies at the murder scene
yes and yes
Both are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law. Inherently, I am against the death penalty bc I feel it is applied unequally to blacks and whites. Until I can be sure we would never execute an innocent man, then no, I don’t think they or anyone else should get the death penalty. I believe, although I could be wrong, that Ohio, has a moratorium on the death penalty.
Ok neither of these men have confessed nor have been proven guilty by a jury… why are you worrying about their punishment if you don’t even know yet if they are the ones who committed the crime?
If, in the event, they are the ones that committed the crime – I WOULD recommend the death sentence, only becuase the jails are too crowded, and I don;t feel like paying taxes to give these men free meals and a cot to sleep on for the rest of their lives. Especially for killing their baby’s mommas and their kids….
Hmmm, As a husband with a wife who is 7 months pregnant, I believe that they should get the death penalty… providing that they are convicted. The question is, does Ohio have the death penalty??
THESE ARE DEATH PENALTY CASES WHICH MEANS THEY WILL GET THE DEATH PENALTY UNLESS THERE WAS A PLEA BARGAIN BEFORE THEY WERE ARRESTED.
SUCH AS:
IF YOU WILL TELL US WHERE THE BODIES ARE WE WILL LOWER THE CHARGE TO LIFE IN PRISON WITHOUT PAROLE.
Both of them, yes. I don’t want to pay for them to sit in jail the rest of their lives.
I understand your anger…But we are in America, INNOCENT until PROVEN guilty. We dont know the facts on the Davis case, so we should reserve judgement until the facts come out. Bobby Cutts does seem like a troubled person and frankly a piece of garbage.
HOWEVER, that does not make him a murderer and there has been a rush to judegment in the past with cases similar to this. Lets wait and see what evidence is presented….
Again this is supposed to a a justice system of Innocent until proven guilty, Meaning the burden of proof is on the State.
I feel that they should spend the rest of their lives in prison..with no parole…reason being..death really isn’t a punishment…it would be a gift for them…let them stay in jail, and be someone’s b***h
Absolutely.
Both men are psychopaths. Psychopaths cannot be rehabilitated. (Read the scientific literature on the topic if you don’t already know this.)
Both men had no hesitation about killing the mother of their OWN offspring. Both men wanted to remove the family members who stood ‘in their way’ — i.e., between them and their ‘freedeom’. Never mind that they refused to accept responsibility for their OWN actions (marrying/sleeping with the women, getting them pregnant, etc.).
The death penalty was created for just such situations.
Frankly, it’s a shame that taxpayer money even has to be wasted (as it will be) allowing them a full trial, and the full appellate process (which takes years and consumes lots of judicial resources). And regardless of the trial outcome, at least they (like O.J.) will have already been convicted in the court of public opinion. Sometimes, sadly, justice is done outside the courtroom.
