What are my chances of getting into Stanford, Columbia, Georgetown, or Hopkins EARLY DECISION? (International Relations and Economics double major)

I want to go to college to be a Computer Forensics major. How many years of college would that take? Can you take that at a community college or a technical school? Are there any school in the GA/NC area that provides classes for this?

i have to pick between two classes and i need help. its between word processing and web page design like html. which would be better suited for computer science aka computer forensics.

I am currently a Hispanic high school junior with a 3.83 unweighted GPA. My most recent SAT score was an 2250, although I plan on taking it at least twice more to imrpove my score. I also plan on taking the ACT, yet still have not.
