It seems that your system has been infected with a malicious application of sorts, and that it is still infected. The modus operandi of these type rogue applications is to infect a system with Trojan infections, and then bombard you, the user, with pop-up notifications attempting to redirect you and coerce you into purchasing the ‘full’ version of a rogue anti-spyware application. Do NOT fall for this ploy!
Instead, you should check out: http://www.pcthreat.com/removers.html
Here you will be able to scan your system for any nefarious activity, and should there be any parasites present, you will be able to follow the removal instructions provided.
You should make sure that your anti-virus software is up-to-date.
For the FREE edition of AVG you can go here: http://www.download.com/AVG-Anti-Virus-F…
You should also upgrade your anti-spyware, and ensure it is fully functional.

Do this EXACTLY word for word:
Restart the computer, tap the F8 key while it is booting up, then choose "Safe mode with networking".
Download Malwarebytes from here:http://malwarebytes.org/
When it asks you where you would like to save it, change the "mbam_setup.exe" file to xxxxx.exe.
Then install it, update it, and run a full scan.
When that is done, run this:http://superantispyware.com/

Well that is really funny to threat a person and making them download a product. You know you should not panic about this as long as you won't install their product that they endorsed. See this site to know the brands that is know on computer security. http://www.systemsecurityinstitute.org/ You won't have to worry anymore about this kind of person who introduces rouge products.
