  1. There are plenty of colleges that offer undergrad forensics programs.
Mountain State University in Beckley, West Virginia, offers a B.S. in Forensics with a Forensic Pathology concentration.
Theodore E. Anglas, M.D. is the contact for that.http://www.mountainstate.edu/majors/onli…
“What training is required to become a forensic pathologist?
It takes many years of schooling to prepare oneself for a career in forensic pathology. It begins with a four year college degree, followed by four years of medical school. After medical school, the young physician begins a three to five year residency training program in general pathology. The exact duration depends on whether the program is in anatomic pathology, or both anatomic and clinical pathology. In any event, to become a forensic pathologist, the prerequisite training program must include at least anatomic pathology. After completion of the residency program, the pathologist embarks on a one year specialty training program in forensic pathology at a medical examiner’s or coroner’s office, usually in a large city or metropolitan area.”http://www.forensiconline.com/generallin…
Both forensic pathologists and regular pathologists take the same schooling (medical school), but forensic pathologists undergo extra professional training.
So as long as you’re getting a degree in the hard sciences you’re fine. Medical school is where you will specialize.http://www.aafs.org/?section_id=resource… lists all the known colleges & universities that offer forensics programs.
If you don’t specifically want “FORENSIC” pathology (you don’t need it), Google search for undergraduate Pathololgy programs or just get a degree in Biological Sciences, that’s perfect if you want to go to medical school and be a pathologist.
    Best of luck.

  2. You’re probably having problems searching because in academia, forensics is typically thought of as speech and debate. Your best bet is probably to major in chemistry at a good school and see about interning somewhere close. You could major in criminal justice, but employers in this field usually want you to have a real science background.
