But schools like that are iffy. Guys with your grades get rejected all the time. Evidently that increases your chances of getting accepted to at least one. But even then I don't think anyone would say you, or anyone else for that matter, are a shoe in. The other thing to do is have backup second choices for schools that still provide a good education but are not quite so difficult to get in. Schools like Pitzer and Carleton. Still not easy mind you, because they are very good highly ranked schools that a lot of people want to go to. Check out:http://www.nytimes.com/2006/07/30/educat… Then have some schools as third choices that will still provide a good education - schools like Wooster college - that you will almost certainly get accepted at.
