Colleges that have good Computer Forensics majors?
-Computer Science
-Computer Forensics
-Computer and Digital Forensics
I find computer forensics intriguing and I would like to learn more about it in college.
What colleges would you suggest that have good courses to become a Computer Forensics Investigator?
You’ve been watching too much television…
If you’re interested in computers, get a general degree in Computer Science, Computer/Software Engineering or Computer Technology, then think about being a sophisticated international crime sleuth.
ADDED
Do NOT get a highly specialized undergraduate degree concentration such as “Computer Security”. This would cut you off from many initial (first) job opportunities more than it would add opportunities, especially in today’s economy. You can concentrate on IT Security at the Master’s or Advanced Certificate level, and your employer may even pay for it.
Look for colleges which offer a major in computer science with a concentration in computer security. This curriculum would be good preparation for a career in computer security in which you could develop an on-the-job subspeciality of forensic work if you could find an appropriate employment position. Unlike many students interested in forensics, you have focused your interest in a realistic way.
Best wishes.

I bet it wil be wiser to take on Computer Science in any college offering the same extensively and then major in the Computer Security option. There you are, set to go and explore the computer forensic world. The best decision ever, go for it.
