on my desktop background it says

okay and i get this system security 2009 pop up as well.
i can’t access any programs like antiviruses, malawares, spybot and i can’t install things. i can’t remove registry it wont let me access any programs so i cant scan at all. cant access safe ode cuz a blue screen error appears.

    What ever you do, don’t click the links. Don’t buy that stuff, and check out your PC with reputable anti malware software.
    :-D If you are using IE, you need the latest version or better yet switch to FireFox and install some of the cool add-ons.

  3. Download avast anti virus home version is free, it is THE BEST. and i would suggest switching from XP to vista, i can tell you are on XP the way you have discribed your problem.

  4. I’ve seen that before…it is a spyware issue more than a virus. I used Avast to scan for viruses and spyware doctor to scan for spyware

    Restart your computer. You do not need to boot into safe mode at this point. You should have removed System Security completely from your computer. If you find that System Security is still on your computer, you can repeat the steps again
