How many points does it take to get into the National Forensics League?

Im 15 and i am on the forensics team at my school. I do Poetry Interp. and Storytelling. I have been to semifinals many times with both, and finals once with both. I live in Northwest Arkansas. How many NFL points do I need to get in? And also, if you know, how does the point system work? (and no, I am not talking about CSI stuff)

  1. You need 25 points to receive merit (aka get in) the National Forensics League. The other advanced degrees are as follows:

Degree of Honor – 75 points
Degree of Excellence – 150 points
Degree of Distinction – 250 points
Degree of Special Distinction – 500 points
Degree of Superior Distinction – 750 points
Degree of Outstanding Distinction – 1000 points
Degree of Premier Distinction – 1500 points

You should ask your coach about the specifics of getting into State Competition in Arkansas as it probably differs state to state. And, he or she can probably tell you more in depth about how much points you get for getting into semifinals or finals.
