im “majoring” in vocal music right now in my highschool, but deep down inside, i know that i don’t want to pursue music as a career, but rather as a side hobby that i love doing.
i’m interested in psychology, but with the economy, it’ll be really hard to make it as a trained psychologist.
i love forensic science though. i love finding out why things happened, and how things happened. next year, i’m taking forensics as my science class.
i also am really good with computers and i like building things, putting things together. i like designing things also. [i dont mean like clothes but rather creating things]. maybe interior/graphic designing? im so confused. lol
does anyone have any suggestions on possible majors that would be good for.. i’m so undecided and it seems as though everyone around me has an idea of what they want to be when they get older, but me.
any advice?

I ask because I’m taking a forensic photography class and our teacher wants us to have the photos numbered that way because that’s how you would do it professionally. I don’t want there to be any trace of the old number (he’ll catch it).

When I was going up I wanted to be either a Nurse or Cop. I decided to be a Nurse. In 2004 I was convicted of Attempted Uttering and Publishing. In 2005 I was convicted of Unarmed Robbery. I am 45 years old and I had a perfect record prior to 2004 and I have had nothing since 2005. The judge even told me that usually they can look at someones record and guess where they are going, but with me, he had no idea, because I have absolutely nothing on my record, not even a speeding ticket. I do believe that is what saved me from going to prison, but I did spend 6 months in jail. While I was in jail my nurses license lapsed. At first I wasn’t going to try and get it back because of my felonies, but last Year decided to write to the nursing board and ask for my license back. I was honest about my felonies and they did an extensive background check, and they STILL gave me back my license. Although I haven’t worked as a nurse since I got my license back, I still did get it back, because they look at every ones situation. I really don’t want to work as a nurse at this point, I just wanted my license because I had earned it. What I really want to do is work with Law Enforcement. Not as a cop, but as a Computer Forensics Investigator. I am currently enrolled in school and studying Computer Information Systems and planning on getting a Bachelors in CIS with a specialty in Computer Forensics. Ok I think I have given enough information.. Please all I ask is that no mean comments. I already know I messed up and it will most likely affect me for the rest of my life.. I am just looking for any advice from any Law Enforcement people or people who know the laws that pertain to this sort of thing. Thanks for all your help.

For a long time now, ive been concerned about what i want to be when i grow up. ive looked all over the internet for a career i can work towards. I was wondering if anybody could give me any advice or jobs that they know of and that pay a lot! ( im not going thru all this hard work in school to get payed a little bit you know?)
Ok, so ive always though about something crime investigations, forensics, f.b.i, etc. but the problem i have with that is they are on call all the time which is now what i want. my dad is on call a lot now for his job and i can see how miserable its making everybody.
I’ve also though about marine biology. i love sharks and i want to study them, but i do not kno if thats the right job for me.
Also, i love to cook. I would LOVE to be a chef, but im not exactly sure how well that pays and how good of a career that that would be. Something that i would love to do is own my own restaurant.
Does anybody have suggestions for me?????
