A lawyer for Jackson’s doctor, Dr. Conrad Murray, says police were searching the clinic for evidence of manslaughter.
The LAPD, which has been in charge of the investigation, served a warrant to Murray’s office at Houston’s Armstrong Medical Clinic. Murray was present on June 25 at the time of Jackson’s death.
In a statement to FOXNews.com, attorney Ed Chernoff said the warrant “authorized law enforcement to search for and seize items, including documents, they believed constitued evidence of the offense of manslaughter.”
In addition to 21 documents, Chernoff said police left with a forensic image of a business computer hard drive. None of the documents had been previously requested by investigators, Chernoff said.
The raid began shortly after 11 a.m. EDT Wednesday, when several DEA vehicles accompanied Houston and Los Angeles police departments to the scene.
The sedative propofol, also known as Diprivan, used to put people to sleep before surgery, is not available over the counter or with a prescription, and is rarely used outside of a hospital setting. Paraphenalia related to the use of the drug was found at Jackson’s rented Holmby Hills mansion after his death.
Its bad enough that we had to lose Michael but its even worse to know that we didn’t have to lose him so soon. It hurts so much to know that those kids didn’t have to lose their father like this. How are you handling all of this? I didn’t even know the man and I am one that never ever sheds a tear but I have found myself crying a lot over this. Some may think its silly and stupid to cry over losing someone you don’t know. This man was such a big part of so many peoples lives and it hurts so much for people to say such hurtful things that aren’t true.

1. Case 96-3337
This R/O (Reporting Officer) was on routine patrol in the Everett, WA area. On December 9 at 1 a.m. I saw a light on in the Everett Warehouse. I investigated and found the door to the building open. When I walked into the warehouse I saw the body of a white male lying on the floor. There was blood on the floor and a gunshot wound in the head. A wallet was in his pants pocket with no money, but had driver’s license with the name Ralph Voosen. A file cabinet drawer containing files of financial material was pulled open. A spent gun cartridge was on the floor. No other people were in the building. I called for back up and ambulance. Attempt to revive victim was not successful, and he was pronounced DOA at Catawba Hospital.

2. Autopsy Report:
Name: Ralph Voosen
Description: White Male, 5’8″, 180 lb. DOB 5/12/66
Brown hair, no facial hair or tattoos
Blood type A
Cause of death–massive hemorrhage in brain
Findings:
Bullet was in brain. No barium or lead was found on hands. There were skin cells under the fingernails of the victim.
Time of death is estimated to be between 11 p.m and midnight on Dec. 8.
Toxicology report: no alcohol or unusual material in blood.

3. Crime Scene Report
No fingerprints were found at the scene other than those of the deceased. Hair samples were taken in the room. Blood was sampled from victim and from the floor. Victim’s clothes were taken and examined. A note was found in the right pants pocket which read “Meet me in your warehouse office at 11 p.m. tonight. We need to talk.” The wallet contained a driver’s license but no money. The victim had a set of keys with a front door key to the building, office key, house key and key to the victim’s car.

Transcript of Interview with Pat Mayhew,102 15th St. NE, Dec. 9, 9 a.m.
Pat Mayhew is a white female, DOB 4/3/71
She has blond hair, blue eyes and is 5’6″, 130 pounds
She works as a receptionist/bookkeeper for Mr. Voosen’s company Compufix. Ms. Mayhew was very upset when she was told of Mr. Voosen’s death. She said they were dating and had discussed marriage. On the night of Dec. 8 she went to dinner with the deceased from 7-9 p.m. The couple then came back to her house where they watched TV Mr. Voosen left around 10:30. He said he was going home to bed. No mention was made of going to the warehouse.
This R/O interviewed neighbors of Pat Mayhew on both sides of the street. The only neighbor home on Dec. 8 was Ellen Carolla, 104 15th St. NE
Interviewed on Dec. 9 10 a.m Mrs. Carolla has a clear view of the Mayhew driveway when her curtain is open. She said she saw a car drive up around 9 p.m. on Dec. 8 as a TV program was ending. She had her windows open and heard Ms. Mayhew and boyfriend Ralph Voosen in heated argument. Mrs. Carolla said she heard Ms. Mayhew say “You are such a loser and I wish I ‘d never set eyes on you.” The couple then went into Ms. Mayhew’s house. Mrs. Carolla went to bed at 10 p.m. and did not see or hear Mr. Voosen leave.
5. CASE 96-3337: Interviews
Interview with Richard J. Barnes
1960 44th St. NW, Hickory
Partner with Mr. Voosen, the deceased in computer repair business called Compufix for 2 years.
Interviewed Dec. 9, 2 p.m.
Mr. Barnes is a white male, 150 lb. 5’10″ DOB June 1, 1970, Brown hair, brown eyes
He had invested in 50% of the business with Mr. Voosen. He mainly traveled out of town to fix computers, leaving Mr Voosen to do some repair work in town on weekends and in the summer. The business was going very well, they had more work than they could keep up with. On the night of Dec. 9 he said he was home repairing computers and went to bed around 11 p.m. He has no witnesses to this.
6. CASE 96-3337: Interviews
Interview with Mr. Scott Stuckey, Co-worker at Everett Warehouse

Time of Interview: 8 a.m. Dec. 9
Mr. Stuckey confirmed that the deceased was employed as a Computer Analyst at the Everett Warehouse and that he also had a computer repair business on the side. Mr. Stuckey was a friend of the deceased and talked with him when they had breaks together. He said the deceased had been dating Pat Mayhew on a regular basis, and that before dating the deceased, Ms. Mayhew had dated Patrick Barnes, the partner in the business. He said that he couldn’t imagine what Mr. Voosen was doing in the warehouse at the time of death. He could have come to get some files or financial records that he needed to redo for the warehouse. He did not know offhand of any enemies the deceased might have. He was not that familiar with the computer business and how it was going.

Lance Corporal Mark Aspinall – highly praised by his commanding officer for bravery against the Taliban in Afghanistan – was set upon by three uniformed officers on his home town High Street.
The sickening attack – caught in forensic detail on CCTV – led a crown court judge to label it one of the worst examples of police aggression he had ever seen. Yet, in a travesty of justice, it was Mark who was at first convicted by magistrates of attacking the policemen.. despite the video footage clearly showing he was the victim.
Last night, Mark, 24, who had 14 head and face injuries, said: “I was scared for my life. I was being battered and my head was being pushed into the ground.
“I remember thinking, ‘I’m going to die here. I can’t believe I’ve survived Afghanistan and Iraq and and now I’m going to die on this main road in my home town at the hands of the police’.
“Yet I was the one who ended up in the dock, not the officers.”
Mark was convicted by magistrates of two counts of police assault – and his ordeal only ended when Crown Court judge John Phipps watched the damning footage and quashed the verdict on appeal.
He said: “I am shocked and appalled at the level of police violence shown here”, adding that he had “great concerns” about the footage and effectively branding the policemen liars by saying: “I would go as far as to say the statements (by the officers) contain untruths.”
The nine-minute video shows PC Peter Lightfoot punching Mark eight times.
Mark had been out for drinks with friends in Wigan, Lancs, and left the town’s Walkabout bar at 2.40am on Sunday July 27. Police had been called to deal with a man said to be causing a nuisance to paramedics.
Special constable Lightfoot, 39 – a volunteer officer whose main job is as a van driver – and his two colleagues wrongly believed Mark was their man. He explained he had done nothing wrong, but they chased him and threw him to the floor.
“They asked me what I was doing and I told them I was just standing around. They came up and pushed me and I said ‘Don’t f***ing touch me’.
“I had been drinking, I was pretty leathered, I know that… but I was NOT being violent.”
The footage opens with an unsteady Mark drunkenly standing in the street and calling out to the officers.
As can be clearly seen, he stands 10ft from them in the middle of the road as they stand on the pavement.
Suddenly, the three officers move as one and start running across the road towards Mark.
Startled, he falls over and as he gets to his feet one officer rugby-tackles him, while the other two help bundle him to the ground. Then the vicious assault begins.
PC Lightfoot, who weighs more than 20st, bangs Mark’s head on the road twice before leaning over and shouting into his ear, while his two colleagues kneel on Mark’s legs.
Mark, in pain, tries to kick out and bites one of the officer’s legs in self-defence.

His punishment is fierce and immediate. The officer pushes his booted foot in Mark’s face while PC Lightfoot grabs his hair and repeatedly scrapes his face on the tarmac.
Even though Mark is lying unmoving on the ground, PC Lightfoot punches him twice, checks to see who is watching, then punches him another six times on the back and shoulders.
The eight pump-action blows come in eight seconds. PC Lightfoot stops the beating only as people driving past slow down to watch. The footage shows Mark pinned to the floor for a total of five minutes and 16 seconds. The most brutal section lasts for one minute 35 seconds.
Eventually, Mark was bundled into a police van in handcuffs, taken to Wigan police station and kept in custody for 20 hours.
He was charged with two counts of police assault and a public order offence – swearing at the officers. On September 22, at Wigan magistrates court, the three officers read statements to the court that Mark had been “behaving violently” and “issued challenges”.
Three JPs found Mark guilty of the two assaults – despite viewing the footage. In a final insult, he was ordered to pay PC Lightfoot £100 in compensation and one of the other officers £150.
He was also ordered to serve 200 hours community service and given a three-month suspended prison sentence. Mark, who returned from Afghanistan in February and was working his notice in the Army at the time of attack, said: “I went in to the Army thinking this country was worth fighting for.
“I put my life on the line every day in Afghanistan, so to come back and be treated like this for no reason was just so depressing. My plan was to join the fire service when I came out of the Army – but I was rejected because of my conviction. It meant I was unemployable for anything I wanted to do.”

So I automatically turned my internet, and tried to run my antivirus software, but a ballon popped up saying the files were infected. I couldn’t open any programs, so I switched to Safe Mode with Networking, downloaded a new virus protection software and scanned the computer. It found 248 Trojans, so I though I had the problem fixed, but when I went back to regular mode, everything is still infected and the warning screen is still on my desktop! HOW CAN I GET RID OF THESE VIRUSES? I have valuable information on my computer for work and home, and I don’t have the money to have this fixed at a repair shop. Can anybody walk me through some steps on how to get my computer running again?
I don’t have the back-up disk for XP either, so that’s not really an option.

All of a sudden my computer suddenly restarted. As soon as that happened i knew i got a virus. When i logged back onto my profile, my background turned blue.
a legit looking anti-virus software called “System Security” popped up after a few seconds.But me knowing that, its probably a fake that may cause more viruses, stopped it from scanning my computer. When I closed the pop up, on the Desktop in red lettering was this message:

I immediately deleted all the files i downloaded from lime-wire.Also(being the stupid idiot that i am) opened up the Hard drive disk and deleted anything that was modified today, there were three things that i wasn’t able to delete ( a window pop up saying cannot delete, it is being used by another person or program. close any programs that might be using the file and try again) i thought that this might be the virus but was not sure. Unfortunatelyfor me i have no
anti-virus programs available. Why? Because the Computer crashed
awhile ago and we had to reinstall the Window XP service pack.
I can not go onto the internet nor can i open up other programs fully
(they open bimmediatelyclose)
Am i able to remove the virus, or should i just reinstall windows XP on the computer?
