What are new technological advances have forensics seen in the last 50 years.?
I have to write a term paper on a new technology that had been created in the last 50 years. I decided to choose forensics, but dont know which technology I should use.
The biggest thing has to be in the field of molecular biology and genetics. With DNA sequencing, it has become much easier to identify suspects based on trace evidence at the crime scene and to make the necessary links between the scene of the crime, the victim, and the suspect.
