What Are The Best Graduate Schools And/or Programs For Psychology?

In terms of location and quality, what are the best graduate schools and/or graduate programs for Psychology majors? I’m open to MA, PsyD, and PhD tracks in any of the following concentrations: forensic, evolutionary, social, and clinical.
I currently reside in Southern California and I’m looking to leave the area, or state altogether. I’ve been searching throughout the internet and have interests in Seattle, Boston, and Chicago, but I’d like to make sure I’m not overlooking any place else.
Thank you in advance for the advice.

  1. As a psychology major, you should know that your question is too broad to really be answered sufficiently in such a small space :) . Best can be defined in so many different ways. Also, you chose four subfields of psychology. Two of which (clinical, social) are found at many universities. Also the different degree choices make the question that much more complicated. But here is my opinion.
    Chicago
    Northwestern University
    Loyola University of Chicago
    University of Illinois Chicago
    University of Chicago
    Rosalnd Franklin University
    Boston
    Harvard
    Boston College
    Boston University
    University of Massachussets
Not really sure about Seattle. Hope this helps to some degree
